So how do you fight this? Your strategy is simple. When you started your fitness journey, you wanted something bad enough to get off the couch and start training. You wanted to make a change in your life. You wanted to lose the weight bad enough to change the way you eat and start exercising. You did this because you knew the reward was worth the pain.
What you need to do now is capture that desire.

Don't sit there in shame and dwell on it or look at these situations as failures. God made you much stronger than that. Get up, dust yourself off, and move forward. This was only a little bump in the road, a hurdle, an obstacle. Take it one day at a time, aim for progress, not perfection, and never give up on something you want this badly.
